UX Writing and Design: UX Writing Academy Assignment
Project Summary
EasyB is a Fintech/Mobile Banking App. I was tasked with writing mobile push notifications in the appropriate tone for six scenarios related to the user’s account.
The Process
I set up my copy doc and drafted several copy options. I quickly decided it would be most appropriate to remove specific details from each scenario. This helped meet character count limitations while protecting the user’s privacy. Next, I designed a simple app logo and created screens for each notification in Figma using an iOS 15 UI kit. I designed the screens as a specific fictional user would see them on their phone’s lock screen. This helped me understand how each notification may appear alongside other, unrelated notifications. This also gave me an opportunity for more Figma practice!
The Results
This is one of my favorite UX writing projects. I learned a lot about Figma while working on it. It would be awesome if I could get feedback from my fictional user.
